From Struggling Founder to Building the System She Wished She’d Had
Manisha didn’t set out to build a LinkedIn agency. She set out to build a business and ran straight into the same wall that stops most B2B founders cold. She had the skills, the offer, and the drive. What she didn’t have was a reliable way to find the people who needed her.
She tried everything. Posting inconsistently and hoping for engagement. Cold outreach that felt awkward and got ignored. Referrals that came in waves and dried up without warning. The hustle cycle that every founder knows, busy one month, desperate the next.
“I grew tired of the hustle-hype. I didn’t want to go viral. I wanted a system that actually put qualified conversations on my calendar, week after week, without the noise.”
So she built one. Not from theory from testing, failing, refining, and eventually cracking a LinkedIn outreach and content system that booked 10โ15 sales calls a week like clockwork. The system worked so consistently that other founders started asking her how she was doing it.
That question became Roboax. What started as a system she built for herself became a platform she built for founders who are exactly where she was talented, credible, and tired of inconsistent pipeline.
She’s since taken that same client retention discipline that helped her hit $25K+ in revenue through retention alone and built it into a formal service. She’s been in the room with some of the biggest gaming companies in the world. She was recognised as Women Entrepreneur of the Year 2025 by the Global Triumph Foundation in Chennai.
But the thing she’s most proud of isn’t the award or the numbers. It’s the founders who email her three months in and say: “I finally don’t stress about where my next client is coming from.”

2021 – 2024
The First Attempt – Serbest Tech
Started Serbest Tech with a simple belief: businesses needed better marketing. Ran digital marketing and social media management for clients. It worked, until it didn’t. Traditional tactics were hitting a ceiling and the results weren’t consistent enough to build on.
The Pause
Shut Serbest Tech down after 3 years. Two months of rethinking everything. Came across AI powered outreach tools and started experimenting. Built a WhatsApp + LinkedIn outreach system from scratch, tested it on real environment, and landed the first deal in under 30 days at $2,000/month.
2024 – Present
Roboax is born
What started as a personal system became a service. Roboax launched as an outreach first growth company for B2B founders who were done with random marketing and wanted a repeatable pipeline instead.
Retention Included
A pattern emerged across clients. They were winning new business but losing it too fast. Extracted every retention framework, client communication system, and churn prevention strategy used internally and built it into a formal service. Pipeline in. Clients stay. Revenue compounds.
