Questions we get before people book the call.

Honest answers. If something isn’t covered here, book a call, we’ll answer it directly.

Working with us

It’s an audit, not a pitch. We spend 30 minutes looking at your current content, ads, and positioning — and tell you honestly what’s working and what’s holding you back.

Some people leave with enough clarity to execute on their own. Others decide to work with us. Either way, you’ll leave with a clearer picture of where you are.

No. We work month to month. If we’re not earning the next month, we don’t deserve it.

Some clients do sign longer arrangements because it makes execution planning easier — but that’s their choice, not a requirement.

Depends on the service. For personal brand content — we need you on camera. For social management, ads, and PR — you’ll have a monthly review and occasional approvals, but day-to-day it runs without you.

We’re not the kind of agency that sends you a form every week and calls it collaboration.

Manisha leads strategy on every account. Depending on the scope, she works with a small team of editors, designers, and ad specialists — but the strategy and direction comes from her.

You’re not getting handed off to a junior account manager after the first call.

Services

You can pick one. Most clients start with one service — usually content or a marketing consultation — and expand as they see results.

That said, services work better together because they’re built on the same strategy. If you’re running ads without a content foundation, or doing PR without a clear brand identity, we’ll tell you that.

Both. A brand identity document, a marketing audit, or a PR strategy can be scoped as a one-off project. Content production, social management, and ads work better as retainers because results compound over time.

We’ll be upfront about which setup makes sense for what you’re trying to do.

Almost always, content fails at the strategy stage — not the execution stage. The wrong topics, the wrong platform, no funnel behind it.

We fix the brief before we touch the camera. If we get on the audit call and realise the problem is something else entirely, we’ll tell you that too — even if it means we’re not the right next step.

Both. We can come to you for shoot days and direct the whole thing — or if you’ve already filmed content and need strategy, scripting, and editing, we can plug in at that stage.

We’ll figure out what’s needed on the call.

Results & timelines

For content — most clients see meaningful movement within 60 days. Month three is almost always stronger than month one because organic content compounds.

For ads — you’ll usually know within the first 2–3 weeks whether the offer and creative are working. We don’t let bad campaigns run for months before saying something.

For brand identity and consulting — those are deliverables with a set timeline, usually within the first two weeks.

No. Anyone who guarantees specific follower counts or revenue numbers is telling you what you want to hear.

What we do guarantee: every decision is tied to a real number, we report honestly, and we tell you when something isn’t working instead of quietly spending your budget anyway.

We define that together before we start. It depends on your goal — for most clients it’s one of:

  • Inbound enquiries or leads generated
  • Qualified calls booked
  • Content reach and engagement among the right audience
  • Ad return on spend

We don’t report on vanity metrics unless they directly connect to something that matters for your business.

Pricing

It depends on what you need. We don’t publish a “starting at” number because it varies significantly based on scope, channels, and whether you need production.

What we will say: it’s consistently less than hiring an equivalent in-house team. And we’ll give you a real number on the call — not three follow-up emails later.

Yes — but it depends on the market and the offer. We won’t recommend a budget that can’t realistically produce a return. If your offer or market means a small budget won’t move the needle, we’ll tell you that before you spend anything.

Strategy and execution are usually scoped together because separating them tends to create the exact problem we’re trying to fix — a plan that nobody executes properly.

If you want strategy only (a consultation, an audit, a brand document), that’s a separate, clearly priced engagement.

Process

Brand document and content plan — week one or two. Production starts right after. For ads, we usually have the first campaign live within two weeks of starting.

We’ve never had a client wait a quarter to see something in market.

Usually: a clear picture of your offer, your audience, and your goals. We gather most of this on the onboarding call. You don’t need a brief prepared — that’s our job to pull out.

For content production, we’ll also need access to your brand assets and availability for shoot days.

We share work for approval before anything goes live. You get one round of revisions included — most things are approved or adjusted in one pass because we brief properly before creating.

For social management, once we’ve built the content calendar and you’ve approved the direction, individual posts don’t need sign-off every time — unless you want that.

Is Roboax right for me?

Yes. Roboax was built specifically for SMBs. We work with businesses that are too big to do this themselves and too small to justify a full in-house marketing team.

If you’re a solo founder or a very early stage startup with no revenue yet, we might not be the right fit — we’ll tell you that on the call.

We’ve made a 105-year-old jeweller’s Instagram look better than most VC-backed startups. We’ve worked in construction, heritage retail, financial services, and architecture.

The industry isn’t the issue. The strategy is.

It’s not. We genuinely use the first call to audit your situation — not to run you through a script.

If we think you’re not ready for what we do, or that someone else would serve you better, we’ll say that. It happens. We’d rather lose a sale than take on a client we can’t actually help.

The most common agency complaints we hear are: they disappeared after onboarding, they reported on metrics that didn’t matter, and nobody was accountable when results didn’t come.

  • Manisha is directly involved in every account — not just the pitch.
  • We report on what actually matters to your business, not what looks good on a slide.
  • We work month to month — you stay because it’s working, not because a contract says you have to.

You don’t have to take our word for it. Read what our clients say — and book the call to see how we actually operate.
