Built by someone who already ran an agency, and walked away from it.

Roboax isn’t Manisha’s first attempt at building something. It’s what happened after she built something that worked, realised it wasn’t working well enough, and started over from scratch with a clearer head.

Before Roboax, Manisha ran Serbest Tech — a traditional digital marketing agency doing SEO, content writing, and ad management for small businesses across India. It worked. Clients came in, deliverables went out, invoices got paid.

"Results were slowing. Clients weren't truly scaling. And I was too close to it to see why."

She saw the pattern before most did: the old methods were losing momentum. Consistent delivery wasn’t enough if the underlying strategy wasn’t built for how people actually buy now. So she made a decision that most founders avoid — she closed Serbest Tech on purpose, not because it failed, but because she wanted to build something that actually solved the problem instead of managing around it.

That research period led to Roboax: a media growth partner that runs content, paid ads, PR, and brand strategy as one connected operation — not five freelancers with five different Slack channels who’ve never met each other.

She built Roboax from Chandigarh and has been named Women Entrepreneur of the Year — which she’d probably mention last if it were up to her.

01

Most agencies optimise for deliverables, not results

You get the post, the ad, the press release. Nobody’s accountable for what it actually did for your business. Roboax ties every deliverable to a metric someone has to answer for.

02

Fragmented teams produce fragmented brands

Your content person doesn’t talk to your ad buyer. Your ad buyer doesn’t know what PR is doing. The result is a business that sounds like three different companies depending on where you find it. We fix that by running everything under one strategy.

03

Old-school digital marketing is getting slower for a reason

SEO takes 6 months. Boosted posts don’t convert. Content without distribution is a diary nobody reads. Manisha saw this at Serbest Tech before most people were admitting it — Roboax was built around what’s actually working now.

SMBs don’t need a bigger agency. They need a more accountable one.

Enterprise agencies have enterprise-sized processes and enterprise-sized blind spots for small businesses. Roboax works specifically with SMBs because that’s where the gap is biggest — and where faster, leaner execution actually wins.
